It's been awhile since my last post. We haven't had too much going on except that my Grandpa and Grandma Anderson came to visit Noah a couple of weeks ago. They live in Wisconsin Dells, WI. I didn't take too many pictures while they were here but here is a cute one of Noah falling asleep in Grandma's arms. She just loved holding him (giving me a break!) and Noah loved being held!
Noah has been blowing razzberries a lot lately. Here is some video I took of him yesterday. He gets a little crazy with the head bobbing towards the end. And you can just ignore my mommy commentary. Ha!
And finally, the weather has begun to cool down here! Hallelujah! Noah has been able to wear pants and booties and I must say, he looks pretty darn cute!
Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. -Psalm 37:4

3 Months
Noah, you are 3 months old today! I cannot believe how fast the last three months have gone by! You are growing and learning more each day. This month:
- you won't visit the doctor until next month, so we're not exactly sure how much you weigh or how tall you are, but I'm guessing you're a good 15lbs now! You definitely give Mommy a workout going up and down the stairs every day!
- have pretty much grown out of all of your 0-3 months clothes and are only wearing 3-6 months.
- you still hate getting dressed! You would much rather just be in your diaper!
- you are loving bath time more and more. You constantly kick and splash your legs and wave your arms in the water. (I have video that I'll post soon)
- your sleeping habits haven't changed much. You'll usually sleep about 5 hours once you go to bed and then wake up once or twice more (a couple hours in between) each night. Your naps, however, have changed. Somehow, your body has been programmed to sleep for 45 minutes EXACTLY each nap. Mommy knows exactly what time you will wake up every time she puts you down for a nap.
- you smile all the time and are starting to giggle. It's the sweetest sound!
- you are still rolling over to your left side only, but today, you got about halfway on your right side and just couldn't quite make it all the way over.
- you are also holding your head up for longer periods of time and love to have Mommy or Daddy stand you up so you can look us in the eye and smile!
- you love to suck on your hands and fingers now. It makes the funniest noise. You also suck on your lips. I'm still trying to get a good picture of this because you make the cutest face while doing so!

Rolling Over
Noah has been able to roll over for about 3 weeks now, but this is the first time I have been able to capture it on video. I used my phone video camera, so it's a little grainy, but you get the idea. He only rolls over to his left side right now but I'm sure he'll be a roly poly in no time! And, without fail, Lola makes a short appearance! Ha!

Random Thursday
Not too much has been happening around here lately. Noah is 10 weeks old today! Here are a few pictures from the past couple of weeks.
Lola keeping an eye on Noah while we hang out in the living room.
Getting sleepy
Noah is still not quite sure what to think about his swing, but he's getting used to it. He likes to watch the mobile but doesn't like it when it stops spinning, so we have to sit by the swing to get the mobile going again once it stops.
Again, Lola making sure she's part of the picture. Ha!
I love this cute face!
His new thing is making bubbles with his tongue. This picture cracks me up! You can kind of see the bubbles in the other picture above.

2 Months
Noah, you are two months old today! Another month that has flown by so fast! Every day we discover something new and you continue to grow. This month, you:
- weigh 13 lbs, 9 oz (90%)
- are 23 1/4 inches long (70%)
- are now wearing a size 2 diaper!
- are starting to grow out of your newborn and 0-3 month clothes. There are some outfits that are 3-6 months that you can wear perfectly!
- still don't like getting your diaper changed or getting dressed/undressed, but I think you're starting to realize we're not going to stop. Ha!
- LOVE bath time! You get to sit in the "big boy" tub and relax. You love having warm water poured on you and are starting to splash with your arms and legs!
- are starting to sleep better. You are almost sleeping through the night. Most nights you go to bed at 10:30pm and don't wake up until 4am-5am. This past week you have gone back to waking up every 2-3 hours to eat so I think you must be going through another growth spurt. But, all of your naps and bedtime are in your crib.
- are "talking" more and more. Mommy loves to hear you coo and ahh!
- are smiling all the time now! You especially love kisses - they make you smile so much. Mommy thinks you are on the verge of giggling. Sometimes it seems like you just about to start laughing! You also love sticking out your tongue and making bubbles with your lips.
- have rolled over twice; once for Mommy and once for Daddy, but we haven't been able to get you to do it again.
- have great head/neck control! You love sitting in your Bumbo seat!
- love to "pull up" with Mommy. She will lay you down and hold your hands and you pull up your body to a sitting position and then push up on your legs to stand. You always look so proud of yourself after you do it! Mommy and Daddy are very proud of you!
- love to play on your play mat but you aren't loving tummy time. You tolerate tummy time now but would much rather be on your back looking at yourself in the mirror or watching the toys that hang from the mat. You are also starting to grab and hold some of your toys.
Sweet face
He loves to watch himself in the mirror that hangs from his play mat.
Lola always getting in the picture!
Excuse me?!
Noah wore this shirt for Daddy's birthday.

Noah's First Road Trip
Today we took a road trip down to Salado to visit one of Adam's friends and look around town. As you can see, it didn't take long for Noah to fall asleep in the car!
He did so good for his first road trip! He loves watching the ducky and frog that hang from his carrier.
He didn't have a meltdown until we were about 20 minutes from home. I think he was tired of being in his car seat for most of the day.
I forgot to take pictures of the town itself, but it has so many cute shops and art galleries. It reminds me a little of Gruene. We'll have to go back in the Fall when it is MUCH cooler so we can walk around more.
We also did some drive-by's of the neighborhoods in Salado. There were deer in some of the yards we drove by, in subdivisions - not the country, in the middle of the day. Of course, I didn't react fast enough to get pictures! We would love to move there one day!
And on another note, I found these at Target the other day. Let me tell you, if you think you have found heaven, think again. Heaven is in this box! Mmmmm....delicious!

My finger got in the way of the flash of this picture, but it was such a big smile, I had to include it!
